Sofi
This is Sofi. A young bilingual Latina woman. She works as a graphic designer at the University’s marketing and design firm. She is a transfer student and has lived in many different places, including France and Slovakia. Her passion and dignity for her heritage manifests in her energetic involvement in the Michigan International Students Society. Sofi, a big extrovert, rarely exists in a space alone. She is an international student that has lived such a storied life, who has found and settled into and found her own community here of other international students, showing what it means to be a 20-something year old living in a college town in the Midwest.
